What does a typical engagement cost?

Every engagement has a fixed price based on scope, agreed upfront before we start. No hourly retainers, no surprise invoices. We'll give you a real number after a short discovery call — typically within a day of hearing what you're trying to fix.

How long does a project take?

Six to twelve weeks for most builds. Marketing sites land closer to four. Multi-system operational platforms (CRM + automation + portal) can run twelve to sixteen. We'll give you a real timeline after discovery, not a sales-pitch one.

Who owns the code and infrastructure?

Accepted Answer

You do. Everything ships into accounts you control — your GitHub, your Vercel or Cloudflare, your database. We give you the keys on day one. No proprietary platforms, no vendor lock-in, no surprise SaaS bills six months later.

What happens after launch?

Two options. (1) A retainer for ongoing work, capped at a fixed monthly scope. (2) Hand-off documentation and a 30-day support window so your team can take it from there. Most clients pick a mix.

Usually yes. Our work is system-shaped, not industry-shaped — the patterns transfer cleanly between logistics, professional services, e-commerce, B2B SaaS, and operations-heavy businesses generally. If we're not a fit, we'll say so on the discovery call.

We define success criteria during discovery — measurable, agreed-upon outcomes. If we miss them on a fixed-scope deliverable, we keep working until we hit them, no additional invoice. We've never had to invoke that, but it's the deal.

Can you work with our existing tools?

Yes — most engagements involve integrating with what's already in place (HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, Stripe, internal databases, etc.). We'll only recommend replacing a tool if it's actively blocking the outcome.

How does AI fit into what you build?

When it earns its place. We use language models where they reliably outperform a rule (classification, summarization, drafting, extraction) and skip them everywhere else. If an integration doesn't have a clear owner, a measurable error rate, and a fallback path, we don't ship it.
